What we collect and why

When you send an application through the form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, country, current lifts, what you are interested in, your goal). We use them only to reply to you and to prepare coaching or products you asked about. Messages are stored in our email account (Google). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Purchases

Programs, memberships and coaching payments are processed by our payment and store providers (Payhip, Stripe, PayPal). They receive the data needed to complete the payment and apply their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver what you bought.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. Embedded videos (YouTube) may set their own cookies when you play them.

Retention

Applications are kept for up to 12 months; customer records for as long as required by Bulgarian accounting law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

Какво събираме и защо

Когато изпратиш кандидатура през формата, получаваме данните, които си въвел (име, имейл, държава, текущи резултати, интерес, цел). Използваме ги само за да ти отговорим и да подготвим коучинг или продукти, за които си попитал. Съобщенията се съхраняват в нашия имейл акаунт (Google). Не продаваме и не споделяме данните ти за маркетинг.

Покупки

Плащанията за програми, абонаменти и коучинг се обработват от доставчиците ни на плащания и магазин (Payhip, Stripe, PayPal) според техните политики. Ние получаваме име, имейл и данни за поръчката, за да доставим купеното.

Бисквитки и анализи

Сайтът не поставя собствени бисквитки. Използваме Cloudflare Web Analytics, който не използва бисквитки. Вградените видеа (YouTube) могат да поставят свои бисквитки при пускане.

Срок на съхранение

Кандидатурите се пазят до 12 месеца; данните на клиенти — според изискванията на счетоводното законодателство.

Твоите права

По GDPR можеш да поискаш достъп, корекция или изтриване на данните си на [email protected]. Можеш да подадеш жалба и до Комисията за защита на личните данни (cpdp.bg).
